Leads the organization’s student advisory and mentorship initiatives, guiding young artists through leadership, collaboration, and community engagement. Represents student perspectives in organizational planning, mentors participating students, and helps develop programs, partnerships, and performance opportunities that expand access to music and support young artists’ growth.

Guides youth-led concerts and mentorship projects that connect gifted student musicians with wider audiences and schools, strengthening community engagement.

Advises on creative direction and repertoire, helping identify and feature exceptional young performers while supporting inclusive programming.

Acts as the main link between students and leadership, communicating ideas, assisting with event planning, and supporting initiatives that highlight emerging talent.

Community Engagement Director

Develops outreach strategies and cultural partnerships, coordinating student participation in events that introduce remarkable young musicians to broader audiences.

Development & Partnerships Coordinator

Builds relationships with schools, arts organizations, and potential sponsors to create opportunities for gifted young musicians and community programs.

Marketing & Communications Lead

Shapes the public presence of the Youth Advisory Board—oversees social media, designs promotional content, and highlights the achievements of emerging artists.

Education & Mentorship Coordinator

Helps design workshops and mentorship projects that connect promising young musicians with experienced performers and educators.

Events & Production Manager

Assists in planning and executing concerts, fundraising gatherings, and special showcases that feature outstanding student talent.
